Charitable Outreach

By encouraging our customers, vendors and sales representatives to be a part of our charitable outreach efforts, Dāva strives to keep the work of the following organizations in the public consciousness.

Dāva supports the work of:

AIDS Project New Haven (APNH)

In 1996, Dāva held its first annual benefit for APNH to raise funds for Caring Cuisine, the daily meals delivery program. Consisting of a storewide discount, refreshments, fashion shows, and entertainment by Pierce Campbell and friends, this benefit has been a huge success, raising over $10,000 to date. Greater Connecticut Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (CTNMSS)

Diagnosed with MS in 1998, Dāva's manager Karin Gould formed "These Boots ...", a team of family and friends to participate in the annual MS Walk. Sponsored by Dāva, "These Boots ..." has raised over $100,000 since 1999. Donations can be sent to Dāva.
